Pick up at 06.30 from your accommodation. You will be welcomed in a luxury 4wd vehicle by Mattia. We have a 50-minute drive to Fogg Dam, where breakfast will be served while you will watch the birds waking up at sunrise. Fogg Dam is one of the main bird paradises of the Top End. We can also spot freshwater crocodiles, saltwater crocodiles, Buffalos and Wild Pigs.
After Fog Dam we will head to the Royal flying doctor visitor centre at the Wharf. The RFDS Darwin base will show to visitor very important informations on Darwin WWII history, people can live the bombing of Darwin on virtual reality. We can also learn about the importance of the RFDS for the Outback People of Australia.
More history at the Military Museum of East Point. A must to do in Darwin. Tanks, old military vehicles, real guns and a lot of learning about the Battle of Darwin.
It is time to relax, Lunch included at De La Plage Cafe, just in front of the Beach, in full Balinese style. After lunch we are going to visit Casuarina Conservation Reserve and Lee Point Conservation Reserve. It is a little wild coastal jungle; we can explore Darwin main beaches. We are going to Drive through Nightcliff beach, visiting te Jetty.
We are going to head to the NT Museum, experiencing the history of cyclone Tracy, Sweetheart crocodile and the geological and natural history of the NT. We are going to end the day at the Ski club, watching sunset and drinking a beer!
If you wish to change Fogg Dam activity, we can do the Botanic Gardens instead. It is a private tour, i will take you anywhere you want.
