6:00 AM – Pick-Up from Darwin
Your guide collects you directly from your accommodation in a comfortable, air-conditioned 4WD. Enjoy premium coffee and a light breakfast en route to Kakadu National Park.
8:00 AM – Fogg Dam Wetlands Stop
A perfect introduction to Top End wildlife: magpie geese, jabirus, and perhaps your first crocodile sighting.
10:30 AM – Arrival at Kakadu National Park
Cross into UNESCO World Heritage territory — where ancient landscapes meet living Aboriginal culture.
11:30 AM – Yellow Water Cruise
Board the famous Yellow Water Billabong boat for a 90-minute wildlife cruise. Glide among lotus flowers, watch saltwater crocodiles basking, and learn about the ecosystem from local guides.
1:00 PM – Lunch & Cultural Centre
Enjoy a fresh gourmet picnic lunch at Cooinda followed by a visit to the Warradjan Cultural Centre, which shares stories from the Bininj and Mungguy people.
2:30 PM – Nourlangie Rock Art
Explore ancient Aboriginal rock paintings depicting creation ancestors and Dreamtime stories, dating back more than 20 000 years.
4:30 PM – Ubirr Lookout & Rock Art
Ascend to the Ubirr lookout for one of Australia’s most breathtaking point of view over the Nadab Floodplain — a highlight of any Kakadu journey. (Lookout optional based on physical level). A good agility is required. Otherwise we ore going to visit only the rock art.
5:30 PM – Return Journey to Darwin
Relax in comfort as your guide drives back through the wetlands. Enjoy dinner on the way and arrive in Darwin around 9:30 PM.
